How Our Client Journey Works

Step 1 - The Lawn (Consultation)

The lawn is where we first meet. You don't have to know anything about the law to walk up. You just have to take the first step. One of our staff will come out to greet you, learn a little about your situation, and help you understand whether we can assist. This is a simple, no-pressure conversation — think of it as a brief introduction.

Step 2 - The Front Porch (Intake Form)

If it seems like we can help, we invite you to come up, take a seat, and tell us your story in more detail. Our staff will listen carefully and gather what we need to understand what you're facing. There's no rush here. The porch is a comfortable, unhurried space — like sitting down with someone who genuinely wants to hear you.

Step 3 - The Screen Door (Attorney consult - not required)

Step 5 - Opening/Closing the Front Door (Engagement or declination letter)

If it seems like we can help, we invite you to come up, take a seat, and tell us your story in more detail. Our staff will listen carefully and gather what we need to understand what you're facing. There's no rush here. The porch is a comfortable, unhurried space — like sitting down with someone who genuinely wants to hear you.

Fee required and collected before 30 minute consult takes place.

Step 4 - The Study (Attorney case review)

Inside the house is where the attorney does their work. They review everything carefully on their own — the facts, the legal questions, what's realistic — before coming to any conclusions. This is not a delay; it is diligence. We want to be a good neighbor and give your situation the serious attention it deserves.

Attorney case review completed w/in 3 business days and you'll be notified of decision w/in 1 business day.

If the attorney believes we can help, and if you want to move forward, we open that door together. This is when we enter into a formal agreement to work on your case as a team. Both you and the attorney make that decision mutually — because a good working relationship begins with trust on both sides.

You have 5 business days to respond to engagement letter.

If the attorney doesn’t believe we can help, we will send you a declination letter within 1 business day which documents this and gives you other legal options to pursue.
